There are a number of ways your can support your spine and your health from home. Our doctors have prepared a series of “Holding Exercises” you can do to build postural strength and reduce muscle stress.

We are offering a variety of complimentary online classes so that you can stay active and build strength from the comfort of your home! These classes are being offered through Zoom (click here to create a free account and download).

  • 4:00PM: 30 Minute Kids Yoga with Dr. Sean  (~ages 4-10)
  • 5:30PM: Daily Plank Challenge with Dr. Sean

Wednesday:

  • 1:00PM: 30 Minute Functional Movement for Mid Back & Core with Josee **(Starting Soon)
  • 10:00AM: 30 Minute All Levels Yoga with Dr. Sean

Thursday:

  • 10:00AM: 30 Minute Kids Yoga with Dr. Sean (~ages 4-10)

Saturday:

  • 5:30PM: Daily Plank Challenge with Dr. Sean

Sunday: 

  • 9:30AM: 30 Minute Hips & Hamstrings Yoga with Dr. Sean
  • 5:30PM: Daily Plank Challenge with Dr. Sean
