As you are no doubt aware, our office is closed  in an effort to slow the spread of Covid-19. We have shifted all regular scheduled appointments back by two weeks.  If you feel you require emergency attention, please leave a voicemail with our office. We are checking our messages regularly on Monday through Friday and will follow up with you within 24 hours. 

At this point, you have invested your time, energy and resources into building momentum toward better health. A pause in your regular care can slow or stop the progress you’ve made. Obviously that is the last thing we want for you.

There are three critical components for getting the best results possible through your chiropractic care.

  1. Adjustments At Your Rhythm
  2. Home Exercises
  3. Breaking Bad Habits

While we’re unable to offer regular adjustments at this time, there are things your can do to support your body and protect the health gains you’ve made. Our doctors are offering a variety of resources that you can do from home to help support the momentum you’ve already built.

On our “Holding Exercises” page you will find a series of exercises and a classes schedule for online yoga and functional movement. All classes are offered free of charge.

At the end of this crisis, we will resume your regular care.  As there may be a loss of momentum we  may recommend a few additional adjustments (we will take this on) to help you get back on track as fast as possible.

As noted above, your next appointment has been pushed back by two weeks. At that time, we will either be open for regular visits, and if we are not, we will contact you again to check in with further clarity and let you know the next best steps for your health.
